Congratulations to Grant Herron and Madison Peoples for being chosen as candidates to the Third Annual Capstone Leadership Academy at the University of Alabama in Tuscaloosa!

Monday: Math
Tuesday: Reading
Wednesday: Language
Thursday: Social Studies
Friday: Science/Biology

Free on-line ACT/SAT Practice- Visit https://www.march2success.com/index.cfm
ACT Preparation Workshop- (3-sessions) Monday Evenings- March 22, March 29, and April 5 from 6:00 pm - 8:30pm. The workshop location is Florence High School in Florence, AL. The registration fee is $69.00 which includes 3 sessions, workbook, and workshop materials. You can phone Brannon Lentz at 256-394-1712 or email lentzeducational@aol.com . Deadline March 2010

Students taking tests will need to bring the following items to testing:

two #2 pencils
a non-programmable calculator (PSAT & PLAN)
Social Security number

General Information

Records
All students registered at Hamilton High School will have a complete file containing his/her school record: various standardized test results; attendance records; subjects taken and grades; class rank and date of graduation.

Records Reminder: Please note all records must contain an updated Alabama Immunization Form (Blue Slip), Home Language Survey (Orange Form), Alabama High School Graduation Exam Documentation (Yellow Form), and an Alabama Employment Survey (Purple Form)

Transcripts

Transcripts are provided by the guidance office. A student wishing a transcript of his/her grades sent to another institution should obtain a "Transcript Request Form" from the guidance office and fill it out completely. No transcripts are sent unless financial obligations to the school are satisfied.

Transfer Students

Official transcripts for transfer students entering Hamilton High School will be reviewed. Students will receive the credit (Carnegie units) granted by all accredited schools.
